Co-curriculumCo-curricular activities is one of the most important aspects towards producing individuals who are intellectually, spiritually, emotionally and physical integrated. Co-currilcular activities also play an important role in achieving the aims of learning, in building the team spirit and in producing leaders of high calibre.It is compulsory for all students to become members of a society or a club. Each student is required to participate in a uniformed unit as well as taking part in sport events or games.Activities for societies and clubs are carried out on every Thursday. The activities for uniformed units are usually carried outon Friday, right after the afternoon preparatory class. Sports and games are normally conducted on Tuesday and Wednesday according to houses. Through co-curricular activities, students will be able to show their creativity in various competitions such as English and Malay drama competitions, debate, public-speaking, singing, dancing and other contests. At the school level, most competitions are held at inter-house and inter- form level. TKC students are also actively participarting in various competitions at district, state and national level. |
