Its vision is to foster life-long learning opportunities to all students with means of access to Information Technology that produces intelletuals with world-class leadership qualities and positive global outlook. It is hoped that learners will also uphold virtuous values and traditions in line with the aims of the Natinal Education Philosophy.
Mission of Tunku Kurshiah College
By the year 2020, as the leading Smart School of the nation, TKC will produce:Progressive learners who are highly skilled and competent in scientific field that will use knowledge based on Information Technology, andA combined effort of educators - that advocates advanced learning and mastery of the latest communication and information technology, andInvolvement of the society as well as parents in the development of each student’s potential that will equip her with the work ethics and knowledge of Information Technology
Philosophy of Tunku Kurshiah College
To make the students aware that excellence, diligence, mental and physical strength, belief in God and the importance of moral values are virtues to be inculcated so that the students will become responsible members of our society and also as eminent future leaders of the country.Residential School PhilosophyAn organized, controlled and complete system in a conducive learning environment is essential to develop and encourage the development of the students towards excellence and thus enable them to function as well balanced human beings and be molded in to responsible citizens.
National Education Philosophy
Education in Malaysia is an on-going effort towards further developing the potential of individuals in a holistic and integrated manner, so as to produce individuals who are intellectually, spiritually, emotionally and physically balanced and harmonious, based on a firm beleif in and devotion to God. Such an effort is designed to produced Malaysian citizens who are knowledgeable and competent, who possess high moral standards and who are responsible and capable of achieving high level of peresonal well-being as well as being able to contribute to the betterment of the family, the society and the nation at large.
